Venison Ribs
Venison Ribs are a great and tasty camp dinner or Saturday night feast, I like to use the whole animal and venison ribs are super tasty

Ingredients
- 1 side of venison ribs
- 1 Tbsp of garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp of cracked black pepper
- 1 Tbsp of mustard powder
- 1 Tsp of paprika
- 1 Tsp of salt
- 1 Tsp of cumin powder
- 2 cups of venison stock
- 2 cups of homemade BBQ sauce
Instructions
Pat the venison ribs dry an remove all sinew, mix all of the dry rub ingredients and rub well into Ribs, allow to marinate in the fridge for two hours.
place venison stock in the bottom of slow cooker and add wire great add venison ribs meat side up and cook for 3 hours or until fork tender.
Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and cook over an open fire or BBQ, meat side down for 5 minutes, baste with BBQ sauce and cook over coals until caramelised.
Serve with BBQ sauce and chips
