Venison Bolognaise
Quick and easy weeknight venison bolognaise, made with extra vegies and a couple of staples from the pantry.

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Venison Mince
- 500g Pork mince
- 1 Large Brown Onion
- 2 cup Mushrooms
- 1 Large Carrot
- 2 Tsp Ground cumin
- 2 bay leaves
- Black Pepper
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 L Beef stock ( home made venison stock )
- Fresh Pasta
- Parmesan Cheese
- Sour Cream
Instructions
Brown the mince over high heat, add garlic, cumin, onion, mushrooms and diced carrot and cook for 3 min. Ad Worcestershire, tomato paste, soy sauce and cook for another 3 min. Add in tomato soup, Stock and bay leaves and simmer for 1 hour
Serve with fresh pasta and a dollop of sour cream, and parmesan cheese
